Our company Banyan Tree Corp was founded some five years ago. Its mission has been one of, Help a seller, so they can move into there next goal in life. Its really is all about you, your needs, such as time frame, “do I have to clean it up”, what is a fair price for my house and how did you arrive at it.

We determine our price on about 8-9 factors. In a nutshell value is derived as follows, how many other houses are for sale in your subdivision, condition of house, how soon you need to be out, do we need to evict folks, how are the basics of the house, wiring, air condition, roof. What is the area and nearby areas like?

We here at Banyan Tree cannot help everyone and buy every house, we would be crazy to think so! So what if we decide it will not work for us. We have a list of investors, who are landlords, flippers, wholesalers, first time folks, who are in line to purchase. If we can do nothing to help you purchase-wise, what we can do is give you some good pointers, tell you what to steer clear of when working with unscrupulous individuals.
