Cash means you must have green cash, cashiers check, or wire funds into My Favorite Title Company. Our contract is a simple one page agreement, simple, easy, and to the point. No need to be otherwise right?
The FIRST buyer to bring $103k to title gets the house/investment/steal. You are buying in “as is” condition with no warranties obviously, the bones or structure of the house are very good. Title will close our transaction within approximately 48 hours once the buyer (you) views the house, makes their decision, and meets us at title with the aforementioned. Overview of this process:
1. Email or call us and mention “$103,000 house.”
2. We talk.
3. You get the address to run your comp.
4. We show it to you.

6. Wire fund or bring cashiers check to title.
7. Title confirms this, they call us.
8. We meet at my title company.
9. You and I sign agreement
