I mentioned in an earlier post that Vegas, come-back wise that Las Vegas has very little to be worried about. Now I have proof. Check this out http://www.city-data.com/toplists.html It really encompasses a lot of good data.
It shows that North Las Vegas, NV and Henderson, NV are the 6th and 7th fastest growing cities with a population of 50,000 or greater. So that means the come back for Las Vegans will be quicker than other cities affected by the down turn in the real estate market.
