Finding Fixer Upper House in North Las Vegas:
In North Las Vegas depending on where you go there are excellent opportunities to buy houses 60-70 cents on the dollar. The are of Las Vegas Drive and Daley street is where I have purchased many houses. I did a nice subject to deal on Kenneth avenue a few years back netted 25k. I was going to flip that house, but somehow it turned into a subto so I went with that.

North Las Vegas is great for investing. But so are many other areas in Las Vegas. I remember the first time I went over there in some of the neighborhoods, I was a bit apprehensive. I live in the Green Valley area, and was not use to wondering out of my neck of the woods. But I did, then I got out and began to even walk the subdivisions. I found more deals by walking the subdivisions simply cause in a auto I had passed over a few deals. Never mind I was driving very very slow, they are still easy to miss. So if you are new to an area walk thru it, just make sure to stay safe. I never had any problems over in North Vegas, and I found the folks to be honest hard working people who were easy to talk with.
