Real estate buyers, sellers, investors, and lenders frequently ask “how do I find out who ownes a house I am intrested in purchaseing or loaning on, or how many square feet is my house, what is my lot size, basically how does the Assessors Office see my house specification wise?” The best way I know to do this to visit the Clark County Assessors Office here is that website: http://www.co.clark.nv.us/assessor/Disclaim.htm

Now this site is not always up so if you visit there and it does not come up, visit later, sometimes moments later but usally hours later. Remember its a government run operation, we know how slow thoses wheels turn at times.

Tips: when you get to the site, be sure to put minimal information in, ie only you house number, and street name. Do not put in like “way, circle, road, and such” again the less is more there, and you will have better luck pulling up your subject house and finding all the juicey facts you desire.
