What exactly do you do? This is a question we
receive frequently. Firstly, we are not realtors; we do not list your house
we purchase it. We do have a realtor who does
list if you need.
However, if what you want is a quick, clean,
quite sale we can purchase and close in 2-3
business days. This is done without several
people trampling in and out of your house ogling
at you, and your belongings.
We do not use traditional type loans; we use
good old cash, therefore we are able to close
quickly eliminating the waiting weeks to see if
a loan is
approved. We have set up a group of financing
investors who are our partners who, along with
ourselves cut the check to purchase and close on
the house.
How does all this work. Another frequently asked
question. We have
purchased many properties. Therefore we
understand the needs of folks just like you.
Maybe you want to sell fast and receive your
money quickly. We have made this simple and easy
to do. But back to the question of how it works.
When we receive your call or email, have
discussed the house, price,and terms. You are
given the simple and easy two page agreement.
Your questions are answered and the agreement is
completed in person, telephone, and or by fax if
you are out of town.
The agreement is then faxed over to Denise the
escrow officer at Silver
State Title a neutrally interested third party.
Silver State Title is a
licensed, bonded, and insured title company.
Denise prepares the paperwork. Should there be
any liens, probate or other messy issues, no
problem we work together to remove them. Denise
then calls you and I into sign the closing
documents. Should you be, or live are out of
town, Denise will overnight the documents to you
in a prepaid return shipping envelope! Making
the transaction as easy as possible.
Remember we have purchased many properties and
know how to expedite the process, using the
utmost care and concern for your needs. If you

The money is then wired into the title company
during this time. Silver
State records the deed. Your check is now wired,
picked up, mailed or
delivered to you whatever suits you. Should you
decide to stay in the house after closing, not a
problem, 20% of the check is held in escrow and
is released to you upon vacancy.
