the actual closing is deferred by months, because of a need to get court
approvals, trustee's approvals, etc. Whatever time it takes, we can wait
and work through the proper procedure to get to closing. In many cases,
I have found that the only means for you, an attorney or real estate
professional, to get paid is if and when the client liquidates real
