"What exactly do you do?"

First, we purchase your Las Vegas area house. If you want a quick, clean, quite sale we can purchase and close in 2-3 business days.

This is done without several people running in and out of your house ogling at you and your belongings. We do not use traditional type loans; we use certified funds, as good as cash, therefore we are able to close
quickly and eliminate waiting weeks to see if a loan is approved. 

We have set up a group of financing investors here in Clark County who are our partners and along with ourselves cut the check to purchase and close on the house.

"How does this all work."

Another frequently asked question we hear.
We have purchased houses from North Las Vegas to Green Valley to Summerlin from many satisfied customers. Please read our testimonial page. Therefore we understand the needs of folks just like you. When we receive your call, email, or fax, we will call and discuss the house condition and price. Your questions are answered and a simple two-page agreement is completed in person, telephone, and or by fax if you are out of Las Vegas at the time.

The agreement is then faxed over to Frances the escrow officer at Chicago Title Company on Corporate Circle in Henderson, NV, a neutrally interested third party. Chicago Title is also a licensed, bonded, and insured title company. Frances prepares the paperwork. Should there be any liens, probate or other messy issues, no problem we work together to quickly remove them. 

The title company then calls you and I into sign the closing documents. If you live are out of town, they overnight the documents to you in a prepaid return shipping envelope! The title company makes the transaction as easy as possible. Remember, we have purchased many properties and know how to expedite the process, using the utmost care and concern for your needs. Our goal is to earn your business and we work hard to meet your needs.

The money is then wired into the title company during this time. Chicago Title records the deed at the Las Vegas County Recorders Office. Your check is now wired, picked up, mailed or delivered whichever is most convenient for you, to you! 


" I can not move out immediately, is this the problem?"

Should you decide to stay in the house after closing, not a problem, 20% of proceeds are held in escrow and is released to you upon vacancy. We try to make it as easy as possible for you, that is our sole mission. We
know some sales are quick and easy, we know some are not, life can throw folks curve balls; we have worked with hundreds of different situations. And have learned there is no one solution for everyone. We pride ourselves in doing our very best to meet your needs. We hope you let us have the opportunity to help you in your sale.
